Producer seeking female vocals for synthwave\pop\80s collaboration

How can I make this sound as appealing as possible without sounding pretentious..??

I'm a producer/composer. All my previous work has been scoring indie film productions and creating cinematic demos/trailer music etc.

Now I've taken a stab at creating something commercially viable: synthpop with a real 80s vibe, perhaps in the vein of kavinsky/electric youth/college/m83/daft punk etc etc. Having said that, I'd like to think I have something that's atleast a little bit unique - i still inject a little dose of cinematic flourish into my synth tracks...

I'm by no means a pro producer, but I do take the music seriously. I'm looking for a female vocalist (with a soft/ethereal voice geared towards dance/synthpop/electro) who is equipped to record vocals with her own setup and bounce ideas back and forth across the web until we have something that works. Preferably a quick, to the point collaboration, as we all know these projects simmer away if drawn out too long.

I have a track ready, and can provide a vocal melody to accompany it. I have a vague lyrical direction that is fairly minimal, but i'm open to working with someone who knows what would work vocally and can put in their share of input. Perhaps do a few runs at it with alternate melodies/ideas.

If this sounds like you, contact me asap and i can send a rough version of the track across.
