Hello

Hello all,

I just thought I'd introduce myself as I will be actively participating in the TMV forum on behalf of TC Helicon and helping as much as time permits. I look forward to all our future discussions and using my expertise both as a working vocalist and as a TC Helicon product specialist.

Best wishes,

Joey @ TC Helicon :)

Re: Hello

Question regarding the harmony G.  When you're not playing the guitar at the same time as singing, and you are just singing and trying to use the harmony pedal.  Will the pedal stay in the key that it was in when you were playing so that you can still utilize the pedal when you are solely singing say during a break in a tune where I stop playing but continue to sing?
Thinking of buying one but this is a paramount in my decision.
Thanks-

Re: Hello

Hi there,
Yes, the Harmony G will remember the last chord you played and use that information to continue to harmonise you when you stop playing the guitar (it will only harmonise to the last chord you played and does require you play another chord on guitar if you want it to change harmonies to another chord). Another choice you also have is to set it in "Manual Mode" and have it harmonise to a specific scale or key - this would mean you wouldn't have to play the guitar as it is getting it's information from which scale you want it to harmonise to. Hope this helps a bit!
Best wishes,
Joey
