Buying gear for my girlfriend.

Hello folks,

I would like to buy  a vocal processor with some build in effects for my girlfriend who sings and plays guitar as a suprise. Right now she is using my old POD X3 for vocals and guitarplaying, but i'll bet there are better solutions out there.
There are a few interesting things on the market, but what gives the best bang for my buck? Besides that, a harmoniser in the unit would be nice too! I heard good things about the TC-HELICON.
But what about this one? http://www.kapaza.be/nl/effecten/proces … 633690.htm

Or this? http://www.2dehands.be/muziek/audio-app … 20425.html

Maybe this? http://www.2dehands.be/muziek/audio-app … 54013.html

I dunno, i'm a guitplayer myself, so don't know what to pick.
Budget= around €200, but i plan to buy it used :-).

Thanks!
